2025 is here, bringing fresh opportunities to focus on what matters most: your health. Rather than fleeting resolutions, imagine dedicating the first 100 days of the year to a commitment that builds consistency, resilience, and well-being. That’s the heart of the 100 Days of Health challenge.
What Does 100 Days of Health Mean?
It’s a journey, not a sprint. This challenge isn’t about drastic transformations but making small, intentional changes that add up. Whether it’s prioritizing daily movement, fueling your body with wholesome nutrition, or carving out time to quiet your mind, these actions compound into a healthier, more vibrant you.
Why 100 Days?
Science shows habits form with repetition and consistency. How many days? Depends on the habit. Committing to a defined period like 100 days builds a foundation that can carry you through the year. It’s long enough to see meaningful change but structured enough to keep you focused.
How to Start:
1. Set Your Intentions: What does health mean to you? Define your goals.
2. Create Daily Non-Negotiables: These could be a walk, a balanced meal, or a moment of mindfulness. Pick something realistic that you can use to give yourself a small win every day.
3. Track Your Progress: Celebrate the wins and learn from setbacks.
Join Me! I’m coming off a September soccer injury. I don’t know if I’ll be signing up for the Cherry Blossom Ten Miler (Day 96) or signing up for surgery. But I know that whether these are 100 days of race training or 100 days of rehab, I can show up for health in some way, large or small, every day.
I’m embarking on this journey and invite you to come along. Let’s make 2025 the year of health, longevity, performance and showing up for ourselves. Whether you start today or next week, it’s never too late to commit.
Are you ready to give 100 days to the most important investment—your health?
